- AIYYAN Billing & Business Software - Multi-industry billing solutions
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Provided
AIYYAN Digital Systems provides software solutions as-is unless specified otherwise in
a separate service agreement. Our services include:
- Cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) products
- Custom software development services
- Technical support and maintenance
- API integrations and development
- Cloud deployment and hosting services
Service availability, features, and pricing may vary based on the subscription plan

3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activities immediately
Important: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment & Billing
For subscription-based services:
- Subscription fees are billed based on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees () unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
- Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
- Prices may be updated with prior notice to existing subscribers
Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards,
and other digital payment methods supported by our payment gateway.
5. Data Privacy
Data privacy is a priority at AIYYAN Digital Systems. We are committed to protecting

- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
- Data is stored on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure
- Users can request data export or deletion as per applicable laws
- We maintain audit logs for security and compliance purposes

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software, including but not limited to:

- Trademarks, logos, and brand assets
remain the exclusive property of AIYYAN Digital Systems. Unauthorized copying,
modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of our software is strictly prohibited.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
the software for your business purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AIYYAN Digital Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months
preceding the claim
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or third-party actions
We recommend maintaining regular backups of your data and implementing appropriate
security measures for your business.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement:
- By User: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your
account settings or by contacting support
- By AIYYAN: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of
these terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons
Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. You may request data
export within 30 days of termination, after which your data may be permanently deleted.
9. Modifications to Terms
AIYYAN Digital Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time:
- Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notifications
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
- Users who disagree with changes may terminate their subscription
